LEMON & BAY LEAF TEA WITH MĀNUKA HONEY
A super tea to help boost your immune system in cold winter months.
- 4-5 dried bay leaves
- half a lemon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of Mānuka honey
- 1/2 a litre of boiled water
- Put bay leaves and lemon slices in to your favourite tea pot, add boiled water and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Stir in the teaspoon of Mānuka honey just before serving.
Bay leaf is a rich source of many vitamins, and is great in the cold & flu season. It pairs well with the rich caramel notes of our 20+ Mānuka honey.
